a)Planning and
coordinating official missions and following results
b)Linking and
coordinating among deputies and departments
c)Managing the
meetings of coordination council members
d)Planning and
coordinating for the chancellor s' presence at meetings ,seminars and
conferences both inside and outside of the Center
e)Providing
opportunities or interactions between people ,managers and employees
f)Recognizing and
referring the correspondence to other institutional units based on the
chancellor s' orders as well as following their performance
g)Following and performing the tasks determined by the chancellor
